Procedures for TEP(translation, editing and proofreading)]
1. Source file is edited into the style that is convenient to translate with CAT tools. 2. For large urgent jobs: Team work: 1) team leader make a glossary table and send the glossary table to client to confirm; 2) team leader send the confirmed glossary table to all translators in his team; 3) translation and doing selective QA in different period; 4) when all translators finish translation, team leader will finalize all the translation; 5) proofread if need. 2. File is translated and reviewed by first translator. 3. Translated file is edited by Senior Editor. 4. Edited file is proofread by second translator with profound industry knowledge. 5. Proofread file is processed QA via software (QA Distiller / X-bench / Trados QA Checher etc.). 6. QA file is checked compared with source file manually. (Check special contents/script/format etc.)
